How to donate stock or securities to Fred Victor Centre

This can be accomplished in two easy steps:

1. Complete Fred Victor Centre's Gift of Securities Form and contact us at 416-364-8228 ext. 303 to let us know to expect your donation.  Please note that this form is for Fred Victor Centre's records and does not initiate the transfer of stock or securities.     

2. Instruct your broker to transfer your stock or securities to Fred Victor Centre's brokerage account using the information on the form.  Please notify Fred Victor Centre before making this transfer.
